HEY THERE, I'M JANELLE
Hi! I'm Janelle and I love making dreams come true. Blissfully Elegant Events was born out of a devotion to help people visualize their perfect day and breathe easy while we deliver it effortlessly. Ever since I was a little girl, I enjoyed all of the intricate details of planning events. What started out from birthday parties, grew into milestones that people will remember for the rest of their lives. My 16 year career in the Hotel Events industry taught me how to think on my feet and anticipate the needs of my clients. This was enhanced by four years as a Lead Planner for a Wedding Planning Company where I had the opportunity to listen to what perfect day my couples pictured and turned it into reality. I have been fortunate to have worked with many venues all over Northern California and meet wonderful vendors who's goals align with mine to create a captivating day that their clients with cherish forever. Weddings are my passion and making sure your day is exceptional and all you have imagined is why I chose this life path. I am that person that couples look to for guidance on how to develop a exquisite day that they have dreamt of in celebration of their love. Hi there! I’m Ashlee, a Lead Planner at Blissfully Elegant Events and was a 2024 bride myself! I’ve always loved planning events for friends and family, so joining Janelle and her amazing team has been an absolute blast! I thrive on bringing each couple’s wedding dreams to life and adding that special touch to their big day. In my free time, you can find me baking, hanging out with my family and pets, staying active, or diving into a new book. I’m super excited to help create unforgettable memories for all our couples!

Hi, I’m Celeste, Wedding Assistant at Blissfully Elegant Events. I love watching Janelle’s vision come to life and helping our couples see their dream day unfold. There’s something magical about bringing every detail together into moments they’ll cherish forever.
My wedding-day superpower? Jumping in wherever I’m needed. I’ve learned that no task is too small. Sometimes, the little things that might seem unimportant end up being the most meaningful for our clients.
Outside of weddings, I love painting, reading, hosting game nights, exploring beautiful restaurants, practicing slow-flow yoga, and recently, pottery. Creativity is a big part of who I am.
My goal is for couples to feel supported, inspired, and completely at ease so they can enjoy their engagement while trusting that every detail is handled with care and heart. I’m a hopeless romantic, and there’s nothing better than witnessing the love and joy of a wedding day.

Hi! My name is Mariela, I’m from Sacramento CA, and I’m a Wedding Assistant who loves helping bring a couple’s vision to life. I love being part of such an important day and helping create a smooth, stress-free experience where everything comes together beautifully. My wedding-day superpower is staying calm, organized, and focused, even when things get busy. I’m great at anticipating needs, handling details behind the scenes, and making sure everything flows smoothly so the couple can fully enjoy their day. Outside of weddings, you can usually find me in the kitchen trying out a new recipe, doing Pilates, exploring new restaurants because I’m such a foodie, or unwinding at home with a good movie.
ELIZABETH

Hi! I'm Elizabeth, I am currently at student at Chico State University. When I am not assisting with weddings, I am hanging with friends, going to concerts, traveling, trying new restaurants, watching movies with my roommates or rocking out to Fleetwood Mac or Taylor Swift (bigtime Swiftie here)! My favorite part of weddings is seeing the Bride and Bridesmaids dresses, the couple's faces during the first dance or seeing how the couple made the day their own. It is so much fun to watch the day unfold!

We love working with couples who are laid back (like we are), cherish their love and see their wedding day as a celebration with family and friends to start the rest of their lives together! They appreciate getting guidance from an experienced planner that also feels like a friend that they can lean on. At the end of the day, we will be spending anywhere from a couple of months to over a year working together to curate a day that feels like you as a couple. We want to make sure that you feel comfortable getting your questions answered and know that we really hear you. Couples have told us that we bring a calm energy that makes them feel like they don't have to worry about a thing on their big day! We love making sure you know you are in good hands and can just enjoy the day you have been dreaming of.
