​Janelle was amazing! I initially hesitated on getting a coordinator for our wedding, but I am so happy that I did. She was attentive from the very start and was always there when I had a question or had goals to meet for the planning process. Her aisle planner website was easy to use and was very helpful in organizing appointments, payments, expenses, and guests. I didn’t have a great vision for the table decor but had cut a bunch of eucalyptus that I wanted to incorporate and Janelle with her assistant killed it!! They decorated our tables and did a fabulous job in areas I didn’t even think to decorate. I appreciated her tact and our conversations were always so helpful when I was up to my ears in stress over that beautiful day. Thank you so much for making our day as seamless as possible and dealing with some of our not so great vendors! Also, for those on the fence about getting a coordinator, 10/10 recommend, and don’t be afraid to tell your vendors to direct their questions to her (or any other coordinator) as that’s what they’re there for! Janelle was the absolute BEST decision we made for our entire wedding!!! She knew so much that we didn’t know (a true expert), paid excellent attention to detail, always had a solution to everything, had multiple items we could borrow from her inventory that we didn’t need to buy, gave the sweetest gifts before, during, and after our wedding….I could truly write a novel as to why anyone planning a wedding needs this angel of a woman for their big day! Especially if you want to ensure you can enjoy your wedding day. I cannot recommend her enough!!!

Janelle definitely made wedding planning a fun and amazing experience for me as a bride! I was also able to have amazing vendors through her recommendations! Planning for a wedding requires a huge financial, emotional and logistic investment that I cannot imagine entrusting to anyone else other than Janelle. Throughout the process, she was always responsive and was able to help me see how every option and choice can turn out and work best for us (wisdom that comes from experience!) and it definitely helped me ward off decision fatigue. It was always our priority to stay within our budget and she's a total queen of that arena. As a checklist person, I also definitely appreciate her planning tools, responsiveness, and professionalism throughout our almost 1.5 years of wedding planning. Our meetings were always fun--- it's like showing your BFF your accomplishments and getting more resources over iced tea and croissants.

Janelle and her team's background work on the day of the wedding was also impressive. All the technical stuff faded away and all that I had to worry about was walking down the aisle without falling on my face (haha, thankfully I didn't!). Needless to say, my husband and I were able to truly enjoy the wedding and share it with our family and friends in the best way possible. I am deeply, deeply thankful for all the work, dedication and consistency that she has shown us since day one. Most importantly, I know that she is a great person with a big heart--- I earned not only a superb wedding coordinator, but a dear friend as well!!! Thank you, Janelle!!!

Janelle did an amazing job! Couldn’t have asked for a better person. She was so fun to work with! She truly listened to my vision of my special day and made it come true. I had a few struggling moments leading up to the wedding. Janelle took the time help me fill in all the missing blanks and helped smooth over everything I was stressing about. She truly goes the extra mile to make sure your day is everything you imagined and more. I would definitely recommend her to any bride!!

We meet Janelle and won the grand price at Sacramento Wedding Fair. Out of all the vendors, Janelle was the most friendly yet informative in regards of her business and her duty as an event coordinator/planner. We hit it off the bat, her whole vibe was an excellent fit as our wedding planner/ coordinator. Before our wedding, she has been great with asking my husband and I the right questions and very detailed. Month before the wedding, she had already helped us lift so much off our shoulders... which i would've never thought of when planning for a wedding. Janelle drove 2 hours away the night before our wedding during our wedding rehearsal, while a rain storm/ thunder storm was all happening. I must say dedication! Even while the storm was happening and the lights went out for a bit, she had us along with our wedding party down to the tea. Then wedding day came, we are lost in words! As Janelle handed everything smoothly. Janelle is throughly a blessing as my husband I did not stress during our wedding day. Janelle is wonderful and great at what she does. She Rocks as a wedding coordinator/planner. We totally will continue recommending her. She is the best!

My wife and I cannot say enough great things about how helpful, professional, and calm Janelle and her assistant were from the initial meeting, vendor meetings, wedding week, rehearsal, and the big wedding day. Janelle is super detailed, she asked great questions, works well with the other vendors and family and she has tremendous follow through not leaving a stone un turned. Janelle Granfors is worth every penny spent. She will be our first call when our younger daughter is ready for the big day.

We are constantly wishing we could relive the day, and you were such a big part of that and helped everything run so smoothly I never worried for a second whether everything was going okay or not!
